So in the game mentioned in the title, there was a map released on April 15th, 2014 called Cactus Canyon.  At the very end of the map, there is a Payload style area where you have to push a golf ball bomb-cart into a hole, destroying the Plants base and winning the round.  This is even mentioned on the wiki for this map under trivia as being similar in style.  Then, a few months later, Cactus Canyon for TF2 beta is released.  I believe that this should be added into the trivia section of this map.  Here's a link to look at if you are interested in seeing the map. http://plantsvszombies.wikia.com/wiki/Cactus_Canyon  [[User:Budder Bowler|Budder Bowler]] ([[User talk:Budder Bowler|talk]]) 17:10, 15 May 2015 (PDT)

References

"On stage 2, a red building marked RED Bread can be seen, taking reference to the short Expiration Date." The Red Bread overlay has been present in maps long before Expiration Date, I do not believe this is a reference to the short. --Captain Clam (talk) 15:44, 11 July 2014 (PDT)

Right, Red Bread was originally only a reference to the grain theme of the Granary. The Red Bread sign on the new map would only be a reference to the short if the building was the same as in the short. It is not, so it should be removed, sorry. Mikado282 (talk) 18:46, 11 July 2014 (PDT)

would ya look at that

By the cliff of BLU's first spawn on Stage One is a large rock sitting on nothing with exactly five cactuses on it. These cactuses appear to correspond with the amount of updates that have occurred on Cactus Canyon. When the map was released, no cactuses where found. The first update brought one single cactus on the rock. The 2nd update we can assume added another, the 3rd update also added another, etc. Should this be added to a trivia section? I'll wait for permission. --Shnowshner (talk) 14:34, 13 August 2014 (PDT)

I think this is rather interesting. Go ahead and add it ;) { TidB | t | c | wt } 14:37, 13 August 2014 (PDT)
Well now it looks like Valve broke the trend, so the trivia was removed, but it still appears they add a cactus for every update, though we should wait until the next map change to revise the old statement. --Shnowshner (talk) 12:49, 24 August 2014 (PDT)
If you edit on the trivia section there i left this (hidden): "<!-- Please do not add this trivia: "The cacti on stage 1 correspond with the amount of updates that occur on Cactus Canyon." If Valve continues to add Cacti it may be relevant again. As for now it isn't the same count as the updates. -->". I hope they continue to add more of the cacti. But at this time we can only wait. Just to let you know. Magicalpony (talk) 14:56, 24 August 2014 (PDT)
Seeing as there are currently 7 cacti in the map, I've readded a reworded version of this to include the 6 on the rocks, along with the Milkman and Dangeresque, Too? wearing one. --Omolong (talk) 17:59, 7 September 2014 (PDT)

Where is the hat wearing cactus?

I saw in the triva that there was a cactus wearing the milkman, I can't find this however. Could someone give me a screenshot of where the cactus was. Godzillaboy98 (talk) 20:15, 6 September 2014 (PDT)

My steam friend has this screenshot Best Cactus on pl_cactuscanyon. I dunno if a better screenshot can be added to the page. I'm not much on maps "easter eggs", so I don't know at all if the image should be added or not. Yeah I think they should provide a screenshot of the "best cactus" Godzillaboy98 (talk) 11:09, 7 September 2014 (PDT)

I've added screenshots of both the normal cacti and the Milkman and Dangeresque, Too? wearing one. --Omolong (talk) 17:59, 7 September 2014 (PDT)
