You made [https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/index.php?title=Disciplinary_Action&curid=91262&diff=2280233&oldid=2224615 an edit] changing the speed boost of the Disciplinary Action on the Soldier himself from 3.6 seconds to 2 seconds. I don't see it in the patch notes though, just an edit for the speed boost of the affected ''teammates'' being reduced to 2 seconds, no mention of the Soldier himself. Did that actually affect the Soldier too? Any evidence?

Did that actually affect the Soldier too? Any evidence?

Evidence would be nice but it'll stay up for now. This is the patch note I was referring to (from July 2016):
Reduced duration of speed bonus on teammates to 2 seconds (from 3).
It specifically says "teammates" so it's hard to tell. ⇒Leaderboard class spy.png Anyar (talk/contributions/giveaway) 10:08, 3 October 2017 (PDT)
