驚悚大禮帽（Ghastly Gibus）是一頂所有職業可用的解鎖頭飾。它的外表是輕微損壞、頂端稍微分岔的大禮帽。驚悚大禮帽和紳士服務獎章的取得方法有點相似，最初能拿到此頭飾的方法是前 10,319 位玩家點入隱藏網頁（英語）來取得。

至於之後拿到這帽子的方法，是透過解鎖成就來獲得。玩家只要解鎖「搶奪驚悚大禮帽」成就，壓制一名穿戴該頭飾的玩家，就可以獲得頭飾。

不像有點噁心的萬聖節面具，玩家並不會被限制於何時才能穿戴，這頂頭飾可於任何時候戴上。任何一頂在2010萬聖節更新前拿到的驚悚大禮帽，都可以變成更加驚悚的大禮帽。

此頭飾的描述是由 Esquilax （英語）編寫，投稿至帽子敘述比賽中獲選。
