As the title suggests, would it kill disguised spies or heal them? This is a bit confusing... if it has the same characteristics as the huntsman maybe the arrows act the same and kill the spy? I am confused x.x [[User:Vulturas|Vulturas]] 16:21, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Shouldn't this get its own crossbow bolt model? Getting shot by hunstman arrows looks silly and is kind of confusing [[User:Anonynja|Anonynja]] 18:15, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

:It should, but it'll probably be awhile before it gets its own projectile. Bolt vs Syringe

The description of the Crossbow refers to the projectiles as "special bolts" and it is a crossbow so that should be the correct term. The article refers them as syringes. So should the article refer to them as bolts or should it just remain as syringes? My vote would be bolt since that is what the actual item itself calls them. Mediarch User Mediarch PFP.pngTalkMy Edits 11:03, 13 July 2024 (UTC)

I think either works, but neither is preferable. A crossbow projectile is called a bolt, but in this case the projectile is a syringe, so neither is incorrect and neither is more correct than the other.

I'm not sure that it's much of a problem, the strategy pages refer to them as bolts quite a bit too.

reloading when not active, really?

it only reloads the first shot in the clip so, if you get clip upgrades in MVM it doesn't reload the clip, just the first one in the clip. Keenan (talk) 18:53, 3 September 2024 (UTC)

IIRC that is the case, yes, but that would be considered a bug.

trivia addition

there should be an extra trivia mentioning how this is the only non-pyro weapon with the stat "This weapon will reload automatically when not active" Keenan (talk) 19:07, 3 September 2024 (UTC)

This would break the XofY Trivia rule, comparing one item's characteristics to another's.
