Amputator edit

Hi there,

Without some kind of proof, please stop trying to imply the Amputator works when not held without proof. Not only is this shown in the demonstration video to be not true, but it only leads to the edits being reverted over and over again.

The regeneration bonus is not on wearer. Please stop suggesting the wiki is wrong by undoing my edits. If you have video proof it is, then post it. Otherwise it looks like you're just undoing my edits for it's sake instead of the accuracy of the article.

Nowhere does it say the bonus is on-wearer, both the weapon statsand page itself say it's "When active", meaning that it only applies when it's held out. As I've stated, the demonstration video included on the page shows this perfectly.
