It should use {{tl|Qmark}} imo, as it's localised versions of the quotation marks. Questions
Is this template finished? Also, is it correct some creators don't feature links to their profiles?

- In the loc file they use a single quotation mark, but we've been using the quotation marks since the start of the Wiki, so I don't think it's an issue. It should use

imo, as it's localised versions of the quotation marks. Though this may have to be moved to the dictionary instead.
