Quake comparisons

Hi there,

Please see the Trivia style guide. Comparing a weapon's characteristics to that of another, unless it is specifically meant to be a reference. In that case, it requires creator confirmation.

At this point you are stalking my profile and intentionally bullying me because you disagree with me. Why would it need creator confirmation? TF2 is a standalone game that was derived from a quake mod. The most similar weapons should be compared. It may be useful for people to know

these things. Are you saying the incen cannon is not functionally derivative to the flare gun? Have you ever played Quake? The TF mod started by breaking the weapon pickups down into specialized classes where players no longer need to rely on pickups.

I want your ridiculous targeted behavior towards me to be audited by the rest of the staff.

See the linked Trivia style guide, this has been policy for years. I am a moderator for this wiki, I moderate the edits, yours and anyone else's. Help:Group rights has a list of other staff members.

A friendly reminder that this is a public Wiki. Everyone can see everyone else's contributions and can edit or revert them. As Grampa said before, your edits which were reverted do violate the Wiki's style guide, and are not targeting you. 99.9% of edit reverts are not targeted, and are rather due to an edit not fitting well with the page. Users who target others are swiftly warned or blocked by staff. If you are this upset over edit reverts, try looking at other edits to see how they improved their articles and go from there, and reference the style guide to prevent this situation from happening again. It's also important that you try and be civil and courteous towards fellow Wiki users, especially staff members, as being uncivil can lead to you being blocked from editing, and nobody wants that. ♡ JupiterSphere ♡ ( ◡‿◡ *) ⊱✿⊰ Talk To Me! ⊱✿⊰ 23:13, 31 August 2024 (UTC)
