Death with Team Spirit
Hey :) I recently got a pair of Flip-Flops that I painted with Team Spirit. After the September 15, 2011 patch, however, every time I play on BLU and die, my Flip-Flops show the wrong color, as you can see here: [1]. Anyone else having the same problem? -- Jokerine 14:22, 19 September 2011 (PDT)
- This is possible. Many hats have the same problem. It's not a stretch to see miscellaneous items having this issue as well. Unfortunately I don't have a pair of Flip-Flops myself to confirm this. Fyahweather 16:16, 19 September 2011 (PDT)
- It's not a general misc item problem, as team colored accessories drop the proper color. Balladofwindfishes 16:19, 19 September 2011 (PDT)
- But this fellow's miscellaneous was painted with Team Spirit. Fyahweather 16:24, 19 September 2011 (PDT)
- That's what I mean. The accessories are normally green. I've spectated a lot of people with TS painted socks and they were the proper color on death. Balladofwindfishes 17:27, 19 September 2011 (PDT)

- So, would that mean that this problem happens only to the Flip-flops? That's odd. Unfortunately, I have nobody else to compare this issue with... I sent a bug report a few days ago, but I doubt they will get back to me. -- Jokerine 18:26, 19 September 2011 (PDT)

Two unpainted variants?
I was looking at the paint colors section of the page and I noticed that there is an unpainted image for both Red and Blu, even though it appears that the Flip-Flops don't change color when unpainted. Can someone tell me if the change is subtle or if I'm right here, but most other pages don't have two unpainted images when a cosmetic doesn't change based on teams. I just thought someone who knows how to do it could remove the Blu team's unpainted image to preserve consistency with the rest of the site and to save space.
