Transparency?
I was going to buy one of these for each of my clan mates, along with a name tag, desc tag each to make clan badges.
But I wanted to know, do these support Transparency?

Strange Quality
Strange versions of this item do exist (albeit only 46 of them, according to Backpack.tf's inventory analyst) but i cannot find a way to edit the "Available qualities" section of the item page.
Also, when did this even happen? I've been shuffling through all the patch notes i could find and not one of them ever mentions this item's strange quality being added.
