The Per Diem Perk is a set of cosmetic items awarded on a daily basis for doing more in a certain respect than any other player in the Team Fortress 2 community on the previous day. These cosmetic items are awarded daily and removed from the player's backpack after 24 hours.
The cosmetic items are:
Dueler, awarded for winning the most duels in a given day.
Gifting Man from Gifting Land, awarded for giving the most gifts in a given day.
Philateler, awarded for buying the most Map Stamps in a given day.
