* If an enemy is killed by the hand's spinning they will ragdoll, but if they are killed by the removal of the hand, they will [[gib]].

* This is the third taunt that has a stun effect before the attack intended to kill, the other two being the Medic's [[Spinal Tap]] and the Sniper's [[Skewer]].

* This is one of only two taunts that can gib an opponent, the other one being the Soldier's [[Kamikaze]] (unless one counts the Demoman's [[Decapitation]] as gibbing).

*The spinning effect combined with the [[Engineer]]'s facial expression during the taunt may be a reference to the Youtube series "Will it Blend?". The host uses an industrial blender to destroy common household objects and, while blending, he looks at the camera with a slightly goofy smile, similar to the Engineer when he taunts.

*This is one of only 4 kill taunts in the game that is not completely silent up to the kill (Not including generic sounds like weapons clinking). This means that, unlike most kill taunts that can be done in secret, the Engineer has to give up his location in order to pull off this taunt, which is done by the Gunslinger's motor revving. (Other noisy kill taunts: Pyro's [[Hadouken]], Spy's [[Fencing]], and Engineer's [[Dischord]].)

*Unlike most other taunt attacks, Organ Grinder does not hit based on the enemy player's position relative to the taunt animation- to hit, the target must be on the line indicated by the Engineer's crosshairs at the start of the taunt. As a result, the taunt can be aimed in any direction, including straight up or down. The Heavy taunt Showdown is the only other taunt that functions this way.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaw!!!
The Engineer on thrilling robotic prostheses

The Arm Blender, also known as Organ Grinder, is a kill taunt that activates upon taunting with the Gunslinger equipped. The Engineer pulls a rip-cord from his mechanical prosthetic, revving the hand of his Gunslinger up to vicious speeds, after which he thrusts it forward, gibbing any enemy player slow, unaware, or simply unfortunate enough to be within reach.

The taunt inflicts several 1-damage hits and stuns the victim during the initial contact with the hand. Upon the Engineer withdrawing his robotic appendage near the end of the taunt, a final blow of 500 damage will be inflicted, instantly killing any class that is not invulnerable at the time.

The stun effect of the taunt works on both ÜberCharged enemies and enemies under the effects of Bonk! Atomic Punch, but will not kill them.

This taunt can be aimed manually depending on the direction the player was aiming at the start. This can allow players directly above or below the Engineer to be killed by the taunt if they were aimed at previously. The range at which the taunt will kill is 128 Hammer Units, past which it has no effect.

As with most kill taunts, this taunt can be used to kill enemy players during humiliation and stalemates.
