Is there a good reason to have 1 item rely on the statistics of another item in the game?Erikerikerik 12:23, 1 August 2011 (PDT)
Beta weapons
Hey, I see you've undone my moves and placed the beta Medic and Sniper weapons back in the changes undergoing testing section of the TF2 beta article. Could we discuss this on the talk page rather than moving them back and forth? The weapons were added to the normal TF2 and there is currently no indication that the beta variants are still being tested. While the way I listed them in the previous additions section may not have been the best (as I mentioned on the talk page), I certainly don't think they should be listed alongside the Soldier items that are still being tested. Dragonsbrethren 10:35, 3 October 2011 (PDT)
- Umm, ok. But I think status and description doesn't same as main game and will make some people confused.
- Example like Beta Quick-Fix in main game is +25% ÜberCharge rate but beta is +40% ÜberCharge rate.
- or Beta Sniper Rifle in main game has slower base charge but beta is not. And in-game can increase charge with headshot only but beta can increase charge with headshot and bodyshot, so I think they are still in testing. Hinaomi 12:42, 3 October 2011 (PDT)
Weapons: See also
Hi, have a look at many weapons that have reskins, you will see there are links to new skins of these weapons. Your undo of my edit means that you will have to get through all standard weapons and delete links to reskins. I think it was good before. Also your fix to strategy link is pointless: http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/index.php?title=Lugermorph&diff=prev&oldid=816340, you changed the ".2F" in first link while in second you didn't edit it, seems that " / " and ".2F" are working the same way and before your fix it was working too. Razor-X 10:36, 13 November 2011 (PST)
- In the reskin link case. If we have link that can redirect from base weapon to reskin weapon, it'll be good but I don't sure. See the Big Kill page. Have link to redirect to Revolver but no link from Revolver redirect to Big Kill. And if we add reskin weapon link in base weapon page, I think it can make many people confused
- In strategy link case. Yeah, the ".2F" and "/" is same. But "/" can save some letters. (".2F" use 3 letters, "/" use 1 letter) If you think it will be useless, you can revert it back because it is same letter just wiki code and normal alphabet. Hinaomi 15:54, 13 November 2011 (PST)
Thai translation
Hi there. Regarding your recent Main Page translation, unfortunately Thai translations are not currently supported on the wiki at this moment in time. There are a few reasons for this, some noted here, but one of the main reasons being that TF2 itself does not have Thai localization files, making it hard for translators to have consistency in their translations. This may change in the future, if Thai becomes supported ingame, but for now we're not accepting any new languages on the wiki. —Moussekateer·talk 10:31, 27 November 2011 (PST)
- ok, I understand. Hinaomi 20:22, 27 November 2011 (PST)
Bug Undos
Hey there, I see your undoing a few edits of mine, I'd like to touch bases on them. In regards to the Soldier reload bug, all of the edits you undid were in fact correct before you got to them. In regards to the Saxxy/Objector ones, they too were correct (see my reasoning in the undo) and by doing that you broke an anchor to the Heavy page. While I am not against being undone, if you are going to do it, please try to keep the things that you know are correct in tact. I accomodated for the CM5000 by saying "rocket-using" in those lines too, please do not undo them again, they are correct. Also, if you could read this for me, it'll make sense why all the sound and clipping bugs are being removed. Cheers. SS2R 04:43, 3 December 2011 (PST)
- Huh? I see... but I think "rocket-using" can make confused. See Big Kill, Diamondback, L'etranger page, I seen in those page that said e.g. "Like Big Kill and ... ". I think put the weapon name doesn't make anything wrong but If you think it'll make short, do it. But my suggestion is put the weapon name like before edit is better. Spy Knife
Hello there, you have undone my edit with the reason that the wiki doesn't care about about modded servers. tf_weapon_criticals is a default command in TF2 (if you don't believe me, check it for yourself). Said command disables random criticals hits on a server. And since it's a default command, it has NOT to do anything with modded servers.— The preceding unsigned comment was added by DatWut (talk) • (contribs) 21:19, 18 January 2012
- Do you forget something? Normal server will have crits as default. That means if tf_weapon_criticals is change, that server is not default or modding server. I saw someone added this before and revert back with another user, please understand. Hinaomi 22:32, 18 January 2012 (PST)
Patch links
Please don't do edits like this manually. The reason WindBOT does it is because it can be automated so that humans don't have to. If you want to help the bot, the best way to do that is to build a list of pages that need to have their things changed and put that list on the requests page. — Wind 17:15, 19 January 2012 (PST)
- Ok, I understand. I did it because I saw Bot doing it. Hinaomi 17:17, 19 January 2012 (PST)
Thanks, pally!
Thanks a million for the nomination - I owe you one =) » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 16:51, 22 January 2012 (PST)
- I nominated you because you are a good wiki user. Cheer mate =) Hinaomi 17:39, 22 January 2012 (PST)
Your Trading page edit
- "don't use community trading price in this page or I'll tell admin to block your ip"
- That's a tad harsh for someone with like 5 edits total, wouldn't you say? Just a friendly reminder that we don't keep track of trade market stuff should be sufficient. --Piemanmoo 09:22, 23 January 2012 (PST)
- ok.... Hinaomi 09:24, 23 January 2012 (PST)
Gaming Heads Medic name
The statues made by Gamingheads are official merchandise from Valve. Any information Gamingheads puts out on the Medic is extremely likely to come from Valve. But if you feel that it needs to be said from the official source, so be it. I'll ask Gamingheads if they got the name Joseph Heilburger from Valve. Have a good one. - Alsoodani 08:55, 31 January 2012 (PST)
- I have already emailed the TF Team (i.e., the horse's mouth) on behalf of the Wiki. Waiting for a response. I did not email Gaming Heads. – fashnek (talk·c) 08:56, 31 January 2012 (PST)
- Wait for response from TF Team only..... and I will not edit this talk page for about 6 hours (need to sleep). Hinaomi 08:59, 31 January 2012 (PST)
- That's a much better idea, thanks Fashnek - Alsoodani 09:01, 31 January 2012 (PST)
Edit summaries
Please keep them polite and civil. These kind of comments don't belong on the wiki. Thanks. —Moussekateer·talk 11:41, 31 January 2012 (PST)
- Sorry for those bad comment but I just angry that time because I had to revert 3 edits in a row at Medic name... I'll editing with more careful about comment. Hinaomi 16:23, 31 January 2012 (PST)
Pomson 6000
Hello. May I ask you what was that? --Askarmuk 00:56, 10 February 2012 (PST)
- I just remove spare link at Engineer and projectiles and remove wrangler bug.
- Why remove spare link?
- We have Engineer and Projectile link at the first paragraph. Did you see it?
- Why remove wrangler bug?
- Because this bug doesn't focus at Pomson 6000 but focus at wrangler. So I think I should remove this bug and move to Wrangler page. Hinaomi 01:53, 10 February 2012 (PST)
- Allright. --Askarmuk 02:52, 10 February 2012 (PST)
Community Fads
Excuse me, sir, why did you undo my edit? — The preceding unsigned comment was added by ErnieTheGreatest (talk) • (contribs) 00:18, 6 March 2012
- Because you didn't show is it comfirmed meme. Hinaomi 16:23, 5 March 2012 (PST)
Y U NO PUT MORE PICTURES OR HELP ME OUT? You basically just deleted a newborn article and didn't bother adding to it. ErnieTheGreatest 14:56, 6 March 2012 (PST)
- If you put "this was a confirmed meme", I'll help. But you must sure your fad was confirmed. Hinaomi 16:19, 6 March 2012 (PST)
What do you mean CONFIRMED MEME? There is no meme standards or scale, a meme is just something popular, not what a damned person says it is! — The preceding unsigned comment was added by ErnieTheGreatest (talk) • (contribs) 19:42, 10 March 2012
- Example like this one.
- The Spycrab is a recognized and confirmed meme.
- Are you sure you have one? Or you want to put it without confirmed? Hinaomi 11:49, 10 March 2012 (PST)
I have plenty, but what do you mean CONFIRMED MEME? Are you referencing KYM? That site isn't... no, just no. You don't base memes from a site that makes up rules and says "this is cool!" ErnieTheGreatest 16:31, 17 March 2012 (PDT)
Community Spirit
Please maintain a good community spirit at all times including talk pages. Wikicap requires you to do so User:UltimateTerabyte 10:11, 14 April 2012 (PDT)
- Sure, but I don't want wiki cap for now. I want to see right things in right pages on right positions for right people more than do anyway to get cap. Hinaomi 11:21, 14 April 2012 (PDT)
Forget about the cap, please remain in the Community Spirit in order to give *everyone* (editors, translators, readers, everyone) a good spirit. We don't want to end up with someone feeling bad. People post on your user page for a reason, they have a problem with something you did. you don't need to take it for the heart, you need to take it to the brain and learn how you improve your self and not doing the same mistake. I really have no idea what the two of you are talking about, but I'm sure you two know. Please don't put feelings of people in the bottom of the list when it needs in the top 5 places, if not the highest. Atlas 11:25, 14 April 2012 (PDT)
- If you don't know what they are talking about, you shouldn't put possibly-unrelated comments... Anyway, Hinoami didn't do anything very bad. Carry on, everyone~ — Wind 11:28, 14 April 2012 (PDT)
I want to know something, am I doing somethings really wrong and bad? If yes, what should I do? Hinaomi 11:36, 14 April 2012 (PDT)
- No, you are not doing something really wrong/bad :3 — Wind 10:06, 15 April 2012 (PDT)
I feel like I wasn't really understood. I don't know anything about the case - it's just your comment that maybe confused me.What I understood from your comment is.. "If people will be on the way of getting pages in the right position I will hurt them". I never got hurt from you and wish never to get into an argument with you. but if that's your real attitude I'll recommended you to change it. Anyway sorry if any feelings were hurt, reading back my comment looks like I wasn't really soft. Sorry again Atlas 04:48, 23 April 2012 (PDT)
- Some people think your word are hurting another ,but some of them are not. Anyway I didn't serious about your word, but I use your word as suggestion to change myself. Thanks for your word to change some of me today Hinaomi 09:28, 23 April 2012 (PDT)
I'll take that as a joke ;) Have a good day and hope to see you again in happier events Atlas 11:17, 23 April 2012 (PDT)
hi
Saw you adding a comment to my nomination. It's nice of you, but if you dont know me well, you are not forced to write anything there, or leave the impression(unwillingly) that i dont edit often. I jusWhat i only wanted to know, and that's why i write here, is what this sentence means:"Sometimes I didn't know that before his edit is not fit with guideline." This is not very clear to me what you want to express. Thanks TheDoctor 20:50, 14 April 2012 (PDT)
- I want to say sometimes I didn't know things that was remove by you isn't fit with wiki guideline.
- About how often to saw you, I didn't saw you often because I didn't log in too many but I saw you edited at most. I'll rewrite at nominate page because I was write that at 2.00 am. Hinaomi 01:50, 15 April 2012 (PDT)
You reverted my post.
Well you deleted "my request" of making a video for the Houwar hat, however - it's necessary to show the animation of the hat. And similar to the Taunts videos which are part of the weapon project, and hats that somehow effects gameplay like the Saxton Hale Mask, so is the Houwar have a place there. I reverted my post back, please write a reason in your next edit. Atlas 05:50, 20 April 2012 (PDT)
- Sure, but I didn't see in talk page. Isn't it achieve? Hinaomi 08:10, 20 April 2012 (PDT)

Stop reverting pages based on your personal opinion
You are not just reverting the parts about SteamRep, which IS notable and you can contact Derrick at Valve if you don't believe that it supports Valve's tags. It is linked to on SPUF and has over 13 trade communities linked to it as well as numerous, numerous trade servers. Just because your friend IS MARKED AS A SCAMMER because of Paypal chargebacks doesn't mean you can edit the wiki to your own choosing.
In addition, you also reverted important information about the profile exploit. If you do not understand English enough to understand what is changed, DO NOT REVERT THE PAGE. If you keep reverting it, I will report you for subjectively editing a wiki page due to your own personal opinion. --HelenAngel 18:04, 10 May 2012 (PDT)
- Because IT WAS REMOVE BEFORE YOU DO. So now I ask the i-ghost about this. Please be patient. Hinaomi 18:10, 10 May 2012 (PDT)
- No, it was not. I checked the notes. STOP VANDALIZING THE PAGE. Just because your friend is a marked scammer doesn't mean you can remove it based on your PERSONAL OPINION. You are also removing the important content about not clicking on links in a trade. Just because your friend is a scammer DOES NOT MEAN you can edit a page based on your personal opinions. I will report you for vandalism. --HelenAngel 18:15, 10 May 2012 (PDT)
Third Degree Undo
You recently reverted someone's edit removing the bug report that the third degree did not travel along amputator beams. As it turns out, the editor was right; the third degree doesn't pass along amputator beams at all, so the section should not have been there. In the future, please check to see if an edit is correct before reverting it. Thanks. — Armisael (T | C) 21:44, 18 May 2012 (PDT)
- ok Hinaomi 22:16, 18 May 2012 (PDT)
Undoing my edits
I don't understand why you're undoing my edits. They were perfectly valid, especially for the Spy, and made them easier and more comprehensive... Might I add that I'm not the only person complaining about this, and it really frustrates me.- MLGM 12:09, 20 May 2012 (PDT)
- 1.In-game Tips: You shouldn't change them, because they're in-game tips. (Officially, not Community one)
- 2.Added unnecessary part/Remove necessary part: In some paragraphs those you're wrote is not necessary. And some of them are. Read before remove or do anything.
- 3.See Also: In See Also Section of Sniper, Don't remove Headshot article because some people can't find Headshot in paragraph. See Also Section can help those people
- Hinaomi 17:39, 20 May 2012 (PDT)
- 1) As for as I know, tips don't have to be written as they are in-game.
- 2) What unecessary parts could you possibly be talking about...? Everything was re-written more "comprehensibly", just in a different and more organized manor.
- 3) Headshot was used IN the article. I don't see why you should be re-linking it as an external link.
- Besides, who are you to tell me that I re-wrote the article poorly?
- I'll be upfront with you when I say that what you're doing with little-to-no reason, and to many other users' edits really frustrates me. - MLGM 20:23, 20 May 2012 (PDT)
Edit warring over Black Rose and other articles
I don't want to keep seeing this, you and and MLGM need to duke it out over a talk page instead of the main articles themselves. If there isn't something you agree on come to a compromise. -- Lagg 22:03, 20 May 2012 (PDT)
- It's not warring. I think the region block is trivia, he think not. so I asked him why remove, he said It isn't trivia. Then I moved it to Notes section, and he edited some grammar. That's all. Hinaomi 01:19, 21 May 2012 (PDT)
