Holding Fire will load up rockets into the chamber.  Upon releasing Fire, the rockets are launched from the chamber into a barrage of explosives.  However, the rockets will be fired in 3 random degrees of projectile deviation and overloading the chamber will cause it to missfire.  This weapon cannot collect ammo from dispencers.

The Beggar's Bazooka is an unreleased primary weapon for the Soldier.

The weapon is an improvised Rocket Launcher made from pipes, mismatched handles and a filter, and is held together with bolts, electrical tape, and various straps and belts.

The Beggar's Bazooka was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Doe's Dumpster Device".
