The Grand Duchess Fairy Wings are a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Heavy. They are a pink set of butterfly wings worn on his back. It was added in game for the 2012 Spectral Halloween Special.
The Grand Duchess Fairy Wings were originally contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Sugar Plum Wings".
