This template is used to mark text passages as quotations.
Parameters
- unnamed parameter 1
- Quotation source.
- unnamed parameter 2
- Quoted text.
- icon
- Optional. Displays an icon to the left.
- icon-size
- Optional. Modifies the space for the icon.
- sound
- Optional. Specifies the sound of the quotation (please use only wiki stored sound links, not external).
Other parameters
translate
: set to 'yes' if the quote needs translating, will categorize page into Category:Quotations needing translating.en-sound
: set to 'yes' if the sound file specified is in English.
