Speed Comparisons
Using comparisons from the notorious Super Scout's speed, the highest speeds achievable by normal means are as follows: (in edit mode it looks cleaner)
If you want these in actual HU/s numbers, multiply by 800.
Classification types:
Base Speed - Regular speed.
Class Condition - An effect which is a main feature of a class and is used by more than four weapons or an entire slot for a class, such as minigun revving for the Heavy, or scoping as a sniper. (similar slowdowns such as the huntsman, cozy camper and brass beast are set for convenience)
Item Condition - An effect which changes speed when the item is not a main feature of the class.
Set Condition - Item Sets which modify speed, but also include two weapons in use which either stack or conflict.
Whip Boost - Whip boosts are caused by the Disciplinary Action, a soldier weapon which increases speed for a short time for the soldier and the hit ally.
Console - Noclip and spectator are not really part of gameplay, but their common speed is there as a comparison.
