The Horseless Headless Horsemann is a boss-type enemy that appears on the event version Mann Manor. Several achievements revolve around killing him, two of which grant the achievement-earner hats. Contributing in killing the Horsemann will give you the Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head. Delivering the final blow to him with a melee weapon will earn Unusual Metal.
