The Ghastlier Gibus is a Halloween 2010 event item upgraded version of the Ghastly Gibus for those who earned it before Halloween 2010. The upgraded hat sports a new decoration similar to that on the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt.
This item cannot be traded, however it can be used with the Name Tag, Description Tag, and Paint. Unlike the standard Gibus, the entirety of the Ghastlier Gibus is affected when painted.
