FYI I am a Medic
Just contrasting the ingame achievement description with the one on the wiki. The description ingame reads "Use your bonesaw to kill a spy who has been calling for 'Medic!'." I don't think it really makes a difference wheneter the current one stays or the official description, atlhough I think the official description sounds nicer.
