When you see the warning that "1 out of 1 external links" don't have a {{lang icon|en}} template on a community-contributed item page, you can almost always ignore it safely, as it's related to the sentence "This item was [http://link.com contributed] to the Steam Workshop under the same name." that doesn't need this template.
