For me,
Tier 1: Pyro and Soldier (Quite good with both, depends on map/gametype)
Tier 2: Medic (eyelander demos are my favorite patients)
Tier 3: Demoman and Heavy (also depends on situation)
Tier 4: Scout and Sniper (scout=mobility <3, and sniping is fun, but i usually fool around more with these)
