If I have to crack some skulls I will.
The Soldier

The Spine-Chilling Skull is a headwear item available to all classes. It appears as a sharp-toothed, demonic skull with curled ram horns. It was available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store during the Scream Fortress event, that ran between the 27th of October and the 8th of November 2010. It is no longer available for purchase, however, it still has a 50% chance of being crafted using the Halloween Hat Blueprint (the other possible result is a Voodoo Juju).
