There's no table of contents for the page. This doesn't seem right. It's not a big page, but there are plenty of similar ones that have one. I'd add it myself, but I can't seem to figure out how, even by checking the code for other pages. :TOCs aren't automatically added when there are three or fewer sections on a page. I'm not sure if there's some sort of policy here to have a TOC on all cosmetics pages or something, but generally short pages don't need them. If someone was to add a trivia or notes section or similar, the TOC would be added automatically. No Table of Contents?
