Who wouldn't want to squeeze off a couple rounds with the murder weapon of choice of a sociopathic cartoon rabbit? Probably quite a lot of people, when you get right down to it. Luckily, those people are all well-adjusted contributors to society with no police records, spotless credit ratings and few unresolvable moral failings. They also probably have no interest in playing TF2, so that means more murder-rabbit gun shooting for the rest of us.
Lugermorph publicity blurb

The Lugermorph (/'ljuːgɛrmɒrf/ loo-gerr-morf) is a promotional secondary weapon for the Scout and Engineer. It is based on the pistol used by Max from the Sam & Max franchise.

This weapon functions identically to the Pistol.

This item was awarded in Vintage quality to players who purchased Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse on Steam before April 26, 2010. The promotion was also extended to players who purchased the game from the Telltale Games store within the same deadline and redeemed the promotional code they were eligible to claim.

Currently, it is awarded in Unique quality to players who complete the Poker Night at the Inventory achievement Special Item: Max by defeating Max in a knockout round. As of May 23, 2019, the game has been removed from sale. However, any owners may still obtain its promotional items.

The kill icon for the Lugermorph was contributed by NeoDement.
