Use the alternate version found in the old SFM beta files instead of ripping it from the Viaduct developer video
I don't know what happened to the soundtrack project page (or if it even existed at all; my mind is telling me it existed) but in the old SFM beta files there is the alternate version of Rocket Jump Waltz without the background noise from the Viaduct video.
