NeonHeights
The NeonHeights is a community made item introduced during the Mann-conomy Update. It appears as a Team Fortress 2 playing Human being.
Due to its charming smile ;) the item turns any enemies killed by it into motionless golden statues instead of ragdolls. NeonHeights is currently still under development and is working on improving the Team Fortress 2 wikipedia by contributing custom images and helping out with cleaning up pages and fixing gramatical errors. If you have any concerns or questions, or need help with anything please dont hesitate to ask :)
