The Scotch Bonnet is a community-created headwear item for the Demoman. It is a brown EOD helmet with a damaged open visor.
Although this helmet is shown in media and bundled with the Expert's Ordnance set at the Mann Co. Store, it is not required that it be equipped to obtain the item set bonus.

December 17, 2010 Patch (Australian Christmas)
- The Scotch Bonnet was added to the game.
- This hat was added to the Mann Co. Store, became craftable and was included in random drops.
Trivia
- The hat description was taken directly from the promotional artwork that Swizzle created for his entry in the Polycount contest.
- Team Fortress Classic's Demoman wears a similar helmet.
- An unused BLU texture for the hat was included in the game content files.
