This is an eyelander reskin, according to Greenmarine http://preview.tinyurl.com/42k95nz Sortacolon 11:21, 1 July 2011 (PDT) I tested it on itemtest, and it looks like one. Though for some reason I did not get my -25 health --Scarabix 12:16, 1 July 2011 (PDT)
