*Xbox 360s

*360 controllers (what kind of idiot brings a console without controllers unless they are specifically told to bring them also? Not you I hope!)

*Left 4 Dead 2 and Left 4 Dead. Bring all of them you can find! Borrow copies from your rich friends if you have to, we want all of these ever made.

*Ethernet routers and cables so we can hook all this shit up.

=== ☭TIMESPLITTERS 2 LAN☭ ===

I know what you're thinking; I must have tripped while nearby the computer, and when reaching out with my hand to catch myself I slapped the keyboard, accidentally typing "Timesplitters 2 LAN" into this text window. It must have been a great coincidence that the shift key was held when those keys were pressed in that improbable order, and even more improbable that the message opened and ended itself with symbols that don't appear on any keyboard. Despite what you may think, there really will be a Timesplitters 2 LAN but only with your help! I've managed to acquire a single PS2 copy of the highly acclaimed (and infuriatingly rare) Timesplitters 2. Some of you have played the Gamecube version and languished at the 4-player splitscreen. Now we can play like big boys with 16-player multi-screen! You will probably never experience this again in your life so missing this is worse than suicide. I am going to burn copies of this single disc and then you will all bring your PS2s to this party and I will personally mod each one to play backups. They need to either be a Slim PS2 or a fat PS2 with the network adapter add-on. Please for the love of god bring a slim PS2. We can have only one fat PS2 because they are really hard to mod so it will run my single legit copy.

Here's what you need to bring for this to work if you have any of these things:

*Slim PS2s or a fat one with the network adapter. If you don't have one ask your friends and their friends or go to Target I don't care just bring all the goddamn PS2s in Seattle to my house.

*Copies of Timesplitters 2. Yeah right like you have a copy of this game, but if you do that's one less console to mod or one more fat console we can use.

*Memory cards. NETWORKING DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT A MEMORY CARD FOR EACH CONSOLE. It's not going to mess up your saves it's just going to create a tiny file with unique network info that you can delete later if you want.

*Controllers. We want them all.

*Multitaps. Those things that let you plug 4 controllers into one console. Kinda rare but if you have one it would help us pinch through with fewer consoles.

=== ☭☭☭BRING TELEVISIONS OR EVERYTHING EVER WILL BE IN VAIN☭☭☭ ===

If you have stuff you want to bring but don't want to carry it on the bus and don't live on the Moon I might be willing to pick you up.

=== ☭OTHER STUFF YOU SHOULD THINK OF BRINGING☭ ===

*A sleeping bag or blanket for when your gross meatsack can't stand up anymore and you're thinking about stealing the entire couch from people who are still awake. Take this and go sleep on a carpet.

*Deodorant you disgusting neckbeard.

=== ☭Don't bring this shit:☭ ===

This is a square party and despite the "cool" kids among you it will be mostly minors and it's my parents house so don't bring alcohol. If you get drunk somehow I will have to kick you out. If you smoke you have to do it outside. If you bring something even heavier what the fuck is wrong with you this is a nerd party don't you have other friends for that?

So ring me up and you better tell me something good.

Genesis of Brothulu

In September 2007, during the first several weeks of the 2007-2008 school year at Nova High School, the guy known as "Orange Harrison" and his friend Jasper passed their mutual free time by watching PBS in the third-floor hallway with the sound turned down. The channel was PBS because it was the only channel the TV could pick up, and the sound was off because they would be reprimanded for having the sound on. It was jokingly called this the "Watch PBS in the hallway with the Sound Off Committee", as the ritual took place during the Committee time slot in the school schedule. Eventually tiring of PBS, Orange brought his Gamecube one day and suggested they play Super Smash Bros. Play they did, and it was fun. Several more people joined in on the fun, including the guy known as "Asymptote". We were soon shut down by staff because playing video games in a school is bad and corrupts the youth and is Satan worship, etc. Orange and Asymptote create a "secret committee" called "Nova Fight Club" and strike agreements with a small number of teachers so the group can still meet up and enjoy playing games together behind locked doors. Friendship grows between Asymptote and Orange from bitter rivalry at Super Smash Bros. To this day each still claims they are better than the other. Asymptote gains control of the school's Tech Committee, a favorite of both himself and Orange. Orange runs a meeting in the absence of Asymptote and when Asymptote returns the committee is run jointly as a legitimate front for Nova Fight Club. Many fun parties are held until graduation approaches and sadly the group must disband. Post-High school, Orange joins a weekly board game group as a friend of Asymptote and becomes a regular himself. On June 4, 2010 at one of the meetings "Bro jokes" were being told when attendant Sam casually mentions Cthulu. Orange mishears him and asks, "Did you just say 'Brothulu'?" He didn't, but that's a damn good name and the next morning a Steam group was created.
