- Dr. Grordbort's Crest, a miscellaneous item awarded to those who purchased Dr. Grordbort's Victory Pack from the Mann Co. Store.
- Dueling Mini-Game medals:
- Gentle Manne's Service Medal for the Soldier.
- License to Maim, a miscellaneous item obtainable through Poker Night at the Inventory.
- Polycount Pin, a miscellaneous item awarded to entrants of the Polycount Pack.
- Resurrection Associate Pin, obtained from having played every game in the Potato Sack.
