The Ghaslierest Gibus is very similar to the Ghastlier Gibus, but with the addition of the eyeball in side the ripped top of the hat. The eye is a symbol related the the Scream Fortress Very Scary Halloween Special, meant to resemble the new boss character on Eyeaduct, Monoculus.
