Oh, want to know about my real life? I'm 17 (almost 18 now) as of 5/22/2012, and I've lived in Jacksonville Florida all my life. I'm going into the Culinary Arts program at FSU after this summer, and hope to open an entirely Gluten-free restaraunt. I have celiac disease, and Gluten is something that is found in wheat, rye, barley, and all variant grains. You would be surprised how many different foods have these grains in them, especially here in America.
