I have celiac disease, and Gluten is something that is found in wheat, rye, barley, and all variant grains. You would be surprised how many different foods have these grains in them, especially here in America. I also help take care of my Grandma's parakeets. If only I had a picture of them to show you. they're so cute, and well worth the time I spend taking care of them. |
