The Red-Tape Recorder is a Sapper for the Spy. It appears as a tape recorder with two Chinese symbols on the front. It can be placed on any enemy building to reverse the construction process and to halt its operation.

- The Sapper currently uses stock sapper animations when it's meant to have unique animations to avoid clipping
