NECA (National Entertainment Collectibles Association) is a wholesale company that creates and sells collectable toys and figures based on numerous licenses, from Harry Potter to The Nightmare Before Christmas.
NECA is currently producing a line of Team Fortress 2 action figures and plush dolls, as well figures and replica props based on other Valve titles such as Portal, Left 4 Dead, and Half-Life.
