El Sombrero de Bill (en Ingles Bill's Hat) es un sombrero promocional para todos las clases. Es el mismo sombrero que lleva Bill del juego Left 4 Dead. It appears as a slightly worn brown colored veteran's beret for RED or gray colored beret for BLU, both with a yellow shield insignia. El sombrero fue dado a personas que habían comprado el juego Left 4 Dead 2 via Steam o para PC via Gamestop.

  • Bill's Hat is one of the few "limited edition" hats eligible for Trading. It shares this characteristic with the Lumbricus Lid and Max's Severed Head.
  • There is a clipping bug with Bill's Hat when equipped on the Sniper. When the Ghost scare effect is applied, you can see the Snipers head.
  • It is the first of two L4D hats available, the second being Ellis' Cap.
