The Batter's Helmet is an unlockable headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a team-coloured, fibreglass batting helmet with a single ear-guard that fits over the Scout's regular hat. Despite the fact that batting helmets are worn to protect the batter from a ball to the head, the helmet does not prevent the stun effect if the player wearing it is hit by a baseball or offer any kind of additional protection.

Trivia
- The left ear is covered for right-handed batters and the right ear for left-handed batters, whichever ear faces the pitcher. Since the Scout is a right-handed batter, he would seem to be wearing the wrong sided helmet. However, this could be because the Scout already wears the headset on his left ear.
