The Backpack is an pickup in a classic Team Fortress games. They contain a mixture of Ammo, Armor and Health. The amount in each backpack depends on the mapmaker. Backpacks
Backpacks can be dropped by the player manually or when the player dies. Backpacks dropped by the player while alive contains all of the ammo that the player's class cannot use (such as Nails for the Soldier), while Backpacks dropped by dead players contain all of the ammo the player had when they died, minus grenades.
