Unusual Haunted Scrap Metal is obtainable in-game, as part of the Scream Fortress Update. To obtain this item, you must land the final killing blow on the Horseless Headless Horsemann with a melee weapon. It can be used to craft the Unusual Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker and possible other Halloween items, although the recipes are currently unknown.
