The Two Cities Update is an upcoming update for Team Fortress 2.
The update was announced November 20, 2013.
The first of the cities introduced was Mannhattan. It features the addition of the map Snakewater. In addition, there is also the first MvM map to feature moving spawn points and robots that can introduce new bombs to the game. There will also be a new feature that allows the player to refund all of their cash spent, so long as a certain quota is reached.
It also introduces new items that can be obtained from a Two Cities Tour. One such item is the Killstreak Kit, which applies weapon effects to the weapon it is applied to. There will also be a rare set of Australium weapons.
There will also be a new feature that allows the player to view raw damage numbers on the scoreboard in MvM. This includes counters for how much money a player has on them at any given time, along with the total damage they have done, the amount of damage done to tanks, the amount of healing one has received, among others.
Ten new achievements have also been introduced. The following is a list of them:
