Completing a Two Cities Tour automatically grants you a Killstreak Kit, which you can apply to any weapon to transform it into a Killstreak weapon. Completing the Tour also grants you a fabricator and spare parts that you can use to craft progressively rarer Killstreak Kits, which will add cool visual effects to your weapon and eventually even your character.
— Two Cities Update

Killstreak Kits are tool items that can transform a specific weapon into a Killstreak weapon. Completing a Two Cities Tour will automatically earn the player a Killstreak Kit, and completing more tours can earn a collection of fabricators. These items will allow the player to craft even rarer killstreaks, granting special effects to the weapon they are applied to.

Killstreak Kit Fabricators are items which, upon being used with certain items, will create Specialised Killstreak Kits or Professional Killstreak Kits.

Standard Killstreak Kits

Standard Killstreak Kits are the most common kind of killstreak kit that can be earned by simply completing the Two Cities Tour, when you complete the tour you will be given a killstreak kit with a randomly selected weapon which can be applied in the say way to strangifers. When you apply this kit to a weapon, every time you use that weapon in game, a additional HUD will be added displaying your current killstreak with that weapon, this will reset back to zero when you die.

Specialized Killstreak Kits

Specialized Killstreak Kits are a item that can sometimes be found when you complete the Two Cities Tour, unlike the Standard Killstreak Kit, you will be given a Specialized fabricator which has to combine a collection of robot themed items including a weapon with a Standard Killstreak Kit applied to it in order to make a kit to apply on the weapon, this fabricator works the same way as a Chemistry Set.

When you apply a Specialized Killstreak Kit to a weapon, it applys a random colored sheen to the weapon, this sheen becomes more visible as your killstreak increases. Below are the currently known Sheen effects discovered so far.

  • Team Shine
  • Deadly Daffodil
  • Manndarin
  • Mean Green
  • Agonizing Emerald
  • Villainous Violet
  • Hot Rod

Professional Killstreak Kits

Professional Killstreak Kits are a rare kind of killstreak kit that can be found when you complete the Two Cities Tour. just like the Specialized Killstreak Kits, you are given a Professional fabricator which has to combine a collection of robot themed items and requires a Specialized Killstreak weapon in order to make a kit to apply on the weapon, this fabricator works the same way as a Chemistry Set.

When you apply a Professional Killstreak kit to a weapon, it apply's a random colored sheen to the weapon and apply's a random effect to the characters eyes just like the Eyelander does after collecting several heads. This effect will start as soon as the killstreak starts and will start to increase in size and quality as the killstreak increases, the effect also matches the same color as the sheen.

Below are the currently known Eye effects discovered so far.

  • Fire Horns
  • Cerebral Discharge
  • Tornado
  • Flames
  • Singularity
  • Incinerator
  • Hypno-Beam
