Using automate.py

When I run automate.py, a few questionable things happen:

• It asks me to overwrite regardless of the inputted name
• It closes HLMV at the beginning of execution
• It throws an error: "No such file or directory: targetimages\\openhlmv.png"

It only asks you to overwrite if the destination directory for the images already exists. It closes HLMV at the beginning because it needs to set the rotation for the first screenshot, this is normal. And now I've just realized you should be using automatebeta.py which doesn't use target images anymore. 3D images with VMTs

I'm having trouble with the blue festive ambassador. Although I've defined the BlueVMT parameter, the code doesn't use it, and also doesn't crop the "blue" output. Ideas? Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 12:51, 17 February 2014 (PST)

Sure, but I should note that I can change skins just fine within HLMV.

Also, aside from coloration, are there any issues with the file itself?
