Bread is an object that occasionally appears when players teleport. There are currently nine different bread models. Several seconds after spawning, the bread prop will disappear.
There is some speculation as to whether each bread represents a different class:
- Scout - Cinnamon roll
- Soldier - Bread ration
- Pyro - Burnt toast
- Demoman - Crumpet
- Heavy - Russian black bread
- Engineer - Cornbread
- Medic - Pretzel
- Sniper - Plain loaf
- Spy - Baguette

- Before being officially added to the game, bread was hinted at in the Two Cities Update page for Rottenburg, showing Archimedes flying away with a pretzel.[1]
