| + | : As far as I'm aware they don't, seeing as I'm pretty sure that most items don't have the VMT lines relating to it. I think that Valve removed the VMT lines relating to the phong change for the rest of the items when they added Killstreaks anyway, though it's pretty hard to actually check whether or not the phong change still works. - As far as I'm aware they don't, seeing as I'm pretty sure that most items don't have the VMT lines relating to it.
