Info Dump: What is needed

I've made a organized page, because this page is relly bad (and is linked from main page). If you want to improve this article, please doet here User:Tark/Competitive. All competitive medals are already uploaded, named as File:Competitive badge rank001.png to rank018. Please remove all speculations and poor text before "import" the content.
