The Soviet Gentleman is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a bandana, worn partially under a belted slouch hat, accompanied by the addition of black hair and a mustache.
The Soviet Gentleman was contributed to the game via the Steam Workshop under the name "Sexual Tyrannosaurus".

- As the submission title suggests, the hat and mustache are a reference to Blain from the 1987 film Predator played by Jesse Ventura, who famously carried a Minigun of his own.
