Employee badges are a set of badges released with the 119th Update. There are 4 employee badges:
The main purpose of the Employee Badges is not to signify one's belonging to a certain team, but rather to record when the user first purchased and began playing Team Fortress 2. The sooner you started playing the game, the higher up your badge will be.
