Secondary Mad Milk
  • Mad Milk is a thrown weapon. Covering foes with Mad Milk inflicts a debuff, allowing any member on your team to heal by damaging an opponent under its effects.
  • The only ways to prematurely remove the effects of Mad Milk is by visiting a Resupply locker, by being submerged in water, or by being healed for an extended period of time.
  • Additionally, Mad Milk can be used to extinguish burning allies, including yourself, and easily nullify a Spy's Cloak and disguise.

  • As well as Mad Milk, Jarate is a thrown weapon. It inflicts a temporary debuff upon its victims, causing all soaked enemies to take Mini-crit damage for 10 seconds.

  • The Neon Annihilator deals guaranteed critical hits on wet targets, including those covered in Jarate, Mad Milk, swimming, or simply standing in water of any depth.
