Is the Killer Exclusive still available?
I've been looking for the PC Gamer Digital Episode 1 on Steam, and all I found was the original announcement ( http://store.steampowered.com/news/6376/ ) and a link that redirects you to the Steam Featured Items page. Is it not available for purchase anymore? (I live in the U.S.)
