RGB colors
I added the RGB colors so that users can copy the numbers straight into the vmt file, instead of having to convert the hex value to the rgb code.
This is supposed to aid people in coloring items for SFM, but also making color preview images for items on this wiki.
The latter is why i did this in the first place.

Can we make this template collapsible?
